At D.R.E., James provides a full-service capability encompassing every commercial real estate facet, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting, and development services. James's market area consists of properties in the Opportunity Zone and the new Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project in the city of Inglewood, CA, near the SoFi Stadium. In the last 24 months, James has closed approximately $89M in real estate transactions and has another $15-20 Million in the pipeline.
